IT Help Desk support person, to provide support for Gilat employees. Support provided in English in 2-3 weekly shifts (Sunday-Friday), including night shifts.

• Technical background in computers and Internet with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
• Customer-service oriented with a welcoming, problem-solving attitude
• Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
• Work experience as a Help desk team member - Advantage
